22 – 109 – 121 – 93 – 135 – 136 – 113 – 96 – 106 – 88 – 61 – 91 – 90 – 50 – 77 – 56 – 119 – 119 – 97 //// almost 2000 nautical miles covered until Rapa Nui finally appears on the horizon. Our nautical days (Etamls) were exceedingly modest. The wind was not our friend this time. Sailing from one calm to the next with high rollers from the south and choppy waves from the northern sector was not my cup of tea nor was ist Zoe’s. We both hope that the third haul, 1400 nm from Rapa Nui to the Gambiers, will be less tedious. //// For now we are very much looking forward to the landfall!
